They are a healthy and delicious alternative to normal pancakes, containing 3 different forms of fast, medium and slow release protein from whey protein isolate, egg protein and milk protein. It is also a source of slow release complex carbohydrates in the form of finely ground oats. It is an ideal product for breakfast or a guilt-free protein snack during the day.

How To Use It?
Mix 100 gr of Protein & Oats Pancakes (2 x 50 gr scoops) with 100 ml of water or milk until you obtain a smooth batter. Cook the batter in a hot and greased pan until both sides of the pancake are golden brown.
