How To Use It?
The daily dose is 6 capsules to be taken in 3 doses of 2 capsules. On training days, the 1st dose is taken 30 minutes before the first meal, the 2nd dose immediately after training, and the 3rd dose before bedtime. On rest days, the 1st dose is taken 30 minutes before the first meal, the 2nd dose 30 minutes before the main meal and the 3rd dose before bedtime.
