Product Description

Protein Pudding is a protein dessert cream preparation based on casein and whey protein for a slow and rapid diffusion of protein. Without added sugars, Protein Pudding is an ideal product to use for a gourmet snack without feeling guilty.

Each 40g dose of Protein Pudding provides 30g of protein for only 144 calories, less than 1g of saturated fat and 1.6g of sugars. Protein Pudding helps you maintain and develop your muscle mass, and can be consumed as much when you gain weight as when dieting.

How To Use It?

Mix 1 dose (40g) with 250 ml of water until a thick mixture is obtained.

Place in the refrigerator and enjoy a few hours later, until the preparation thickens. Consume within 2 days.
