6D Isotonic Sports Drink contains a combination of glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. This allows the body to absorb up to 90 gr of carbohydrates per hour during exercise. This 2:1 ratio also encourages fluid absorption during exercise. Thanks to its high salt concentration (900 mg sodium per litre), 6D Isotonic Sports Drink also helps to rapidly replenish the body's salt reserves. Despite its high electrolyte content, 6D Isotonic Sports Drink is perfectly isotonic, ensuring optimum absorption of fluids and energy (sugars) at the same time. Thanks to its neutral pH, this drink is ideal for endurance athletes as it is gentle on the stomach.

How To Use It?
Mix 35 gr (2 scoops) of powder in 500 ml of water. Consume during exercise, but can also be taken before exercise if it is not possible to drink during exercise.
