Thanks to its magnesium content, the antioxidant gel contributes to the proper functioning of your muscles. Its effectiveness is reinforced by antioxidants (vitamin E and zinc) to protect the cells against oxidative stress and by vitamin B6 to help reduce fatigue.

How To Use It?
Take an antioxidant gel every 45 minutes to 1 hour during exercise, then drink 1 to 2 sips. Once opened, the gel is to be consumed during the day.
