How To Use It?
Take 2 doses of 3 gr (1/2 scoop) per day to be diluted in 300 ml of water. On training days: 1st dose 30 minutes before training and 2nd dose immediately after training. On non-training days: 1 dose in the morning on waking, and 1 dose before bedtime.
