Your Role:

Join us for the exciting opportunity to be part of a new store opening in Leuven! 
As a Store Salesperson, you will play a key role in building our customer base from the ground up. Your dynamic personality and customer-first mindset will help establish strong relationships with new customers, and your expertise in sports nutrition will ensure customers receive top-notch guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to create strong, lasting relationships, providing personalized recommendations and expert advice on products.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of customer engagement strategies for the new store.
• Be proactive in building a loyal customer base through community outreach and word-of-mouth promotion.
• Provide coaching on sports nutrition and fitness products, ensuring customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an inviting store environment and achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest products and trends to offer up-to-date advice.

Your Profile:

• Are you over 25 years old?
• Have you ever done coaching or mentoring, with a passion for building customer relationships?
• Are you enthusiastic about sports and knowledgeable about sports nutrition?
• Do you speak Dutch and English fluently?
• Are you dynamic, motivated, and excited about helping a new store thrive?

Your Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in the sports or nutrition sector.
• Basic knowledge of sports nutrition and the ability to discuss its benefits with customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of a new store.
