Thank you for ordering at Sport-Nutrition! You will receive an order confirmation email once the payment is done. This will usually be sent directly or within a few minutes. It is possible that the confirmation ends up in the spam box of your email. Therefore, always check your unwanted inbox or spam.
Didn't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchasing? Then it is best to contact us. Then we can check if everything went well!
If you want to cancel your
order, please call or mail us as soon as possible, so we can do this for you. Once the
cancellation is successful, we will refund your money within 3-5 working days
so you can place a new order!
If you did not manage to cancel your order in time, don't worry! You can still refuse the parcel upon delivery. The courier will take the parcel back to our warehouse.
If you want to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can do this for you (trough mail: send us the products you want to change to what other products so we can take actions immediately)

your order will be delivered the next working day. This can also take a day
extra depending on the time of the year. For the following countries it will

This might not work because you have got (a) product(s) in your basket that are already discounted, you have got (a) product(s) that is not included in the promotion, or we don’t have the product in stock. Also make sure that the delivery details are correct.
If Your order has been returned because of a delivery that never took place, please contact us so we can solve this and resend your order as soon as possible.
