BCAA Complete Amino + EAA is a complex of 9 essential amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Threonine, L-Lysine HCI, L-Tryptophan, L-Histidine HCI, L-Methionine. Amino acids, which are the building blocks of proteins, are said to be "essential" when the body cannot produce them itself and they must be supplied to the body through the diet or food supplements. BCAA Complete Amino + EAA also contains beta-alanine, which helps reduce muscle fatigue during intense exercise, and taurine, which plays an essential role in improving muscle power and contraction. BCAA Complete Amino + EAA is enriched with vitamin B6 which promotes energy production and helps reduce fatigue.
