It is produced from 100% organic Arriba cocoa beans from shrubs that grow in Ecuador on mineral-rich volcanic soil. The powder is obtained by an artisanal process of cold pressing from fermented and sun-dried beans. This process results in a 100% pure and raw cocoa powder, unmodified, unsweetened and containing all its natural phytonutrients.
