ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms are issued by SN BRU-FLANDERS S.A., operating www.sport-nutrition.be. Registered office: Rue du Lombard 43, 1000 Bruxelles. Enterprise number (BCE/KBO): 0417.555.405. VAT: BE 0417.555.405. Contact: [email protected] / +32 2 344 87 81.

These terms govern every sale made through www.sport-nutrition.be. We may update them at any time. Read the version in force before you order, since the terms that apply are the ones published on the date you place your order. Placing an order means you accept these terms in full.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, printing, and typing errors. All promotions run while stocks last. We may change, pause, or end any promotion without notice, including where software, hardware, or legal issues require it.

1. PRODUCTS AND ADVICE

We sell food supplements and protein products in various forms, each listed with a data sheet and usage instructions. You choose the products you buy and you are responsible for that choice. Our products carry the relevant Belgian notification (NUT, PL, or NUT/PL) filed with the Federal Public Service Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment.

If you order for delivery outside Belgium, confirm that the products are legal to import and consume in your country before you buy. We accept no responsibility for goods consumed abroad.

Our product information and advice are for general guidance only. Supplements support general wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Consult your doctor if you have any doubt.

2. LIMITS OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for misuse, incorrect dosing, combinations with other products, or consumption of expired goods. We are not liable for the consequences of acting on the information or advice we provide.

3. ORDERS AND CONFIRMATION

You receive an email confirming your order once we accept it. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where a payment dispute exists on a previous order.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices on www.sport-nutrition.be are in euros, include VAT, and exclude shipping. We show shipping costs during checkout and add them to your total before you pay. We may change prices at any time without notice.

Online promotions and discounts apply to the website only. You cannot combine them with in-store offers unless management confirms an exception in writing.

Mollie processes all card payments through its secure service. We collect card payment on the day we ship your goods. All data passes in encrypted form over SSL.

5. DELIVERY

We pack your order once payment clears and ship by Bpost. Delivery normally takes 24 to 48 working hours from the moment we validate your order. This is an average, not a guarantee. Delays do not entitle you to cancel, refuse the goods, or claim damages. We are not responsible for delays caused by Bpost. If you are out at delivery, Bpost leaves a notice at your address.

6. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

The goods remain our property until you pay the full price. Risk passes to you once the goods leave our warehouse, regardless of when you pay. Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report any damage or missing item to the carrier at delivery and confirm it to us by registered letter within two days. We accept no complaint that ignores these steps.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, under the Belgian Code of Economic Law. To withdraw, return the item unused, complete with all accessories and manuals, in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice. Contact us first for the return address.

We refund or replace any defective or non-conforming product and cover the return shipping in that case. If you return an item for personal reasons or send it back improperly, you pay the return shipping. We never refund or exchange goods that are opened, damaged, or soiled by you.

If a return results from a delivery address you entered incorrectly, or because you failed to collect your parcel from Bpost within the holding period, you pay the cost of the return.

If you cancel before we confirm your order, we refund you in full. If you return goods improperly, we reserve the right to refuse your future orders.

8. DATA AND PRIVACY

We process your personal data under the GDPR and Belgian law. We never sell or trade your details. To open an account and order, you give us your name, billing and delivery address, phone number, and email. To pay, you provide card or bank details to our payment provider. Our privacy policy sets out the full detail.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the use of your data. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We may email you about our services and offers, and you can opt out at any time. If anyone contacts you claiming to hold your Sport Nutrition data, tell us immediately.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

Belgian law governs these terms. The courts of Brussels have sole jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the formation or execution of an order.

10. ACCEPTANCE

By ordering, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms and the prices shown. You waive reliance on any conflicting document, including your own purchasing conditions. We may amend these terms at any time, and the new version applies to all later orders.

ONLINE CONTEST RULES

SN BRU-FLANDERS S.A., enterprise number 0417.555.405, registered office Rue du Lombard 43, 1000 Bruxelles, operates Sport Nutrition (www.sport-nutrition.be) and organises this contest. Entry is free and requires no purchase.

Who can enter. Anyone aged 18 or over who resides in Belgium. Our staff, their immediate family, and anyone involved in running the contest cannot enter.

How to enter. Follow the instructions in the contest post on our social media channel within the entry period. One entry per person unless the post states otherwise.

Dates. Entry opens during set dates of a contest and closes during end dates of a contest. We disregard entries received after the deadline.

Prize. The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

Winner selection. We select the winner by third party application that draw the winner based on set rules of the contest  and contact them by direct message within 5 days. If a winner does not respond within 5 days, we may draw a replacement.

Data. We use your data only to run this contest and contact the winner, under the GDPR. We delete it once the contest closes and the prize is delivered, unless you have separately agreed to hear from us.

Platform. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform, and we release each platform from any claim connected to it.

General. We may change, suspend, or cancel contest if circumstances require it. Belgian law applies and the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction. Entering means you accept these rules.
